Mazatlan located in the state of Sinaloa, on Mexico’s Pacific coast, across the water from and about even with, the southern extremity of the Baja California peninsula.
My wife and I two boys and I took a family trip to Mazatlan, and had an enjoyable time.

Two years ago, in McGirt v. Oklahoma, the Supreme Court ruled that the Muscogee Tribe of Oklahoma still has an Indian reservation. This led to the current legal understanding that six Oklahoma tribes have reservations, comprising 43% of Oklahoma’s territory, including the city of Tulsa.
It’s a preposterous ruling which may leads to all sorts of complications.
Now, the recent Oklahoma v. Castro-Huerta decision, the Supreme Court has slightly limited the reach of McGirt.
But the basic problem still remains, and Congress should fix it. Will Congress step up to the plate?

Two years ago, the Supreme Court imposed a revolutionary ruling on the state of Oklahoma, and it’s still unraveling.
In McGirt v. Oklahoma, and its companion case Sharp v. Murphy, the Supreme Court decreed that the Creek (Muscogee) Indian reservation had never been abolished and still exists.
That understanding was expanded to declare that the former reservations of six tribes (the Creek, Cherokee, Seminole, Chickasaw, Choctaw and Quapaw) had never been dissolved as reservations.
The ruling was absolutely preposterous and is causing many problems (and potential problems) for Oklahoma.

Can you believe it? After all these decades, the Supreme Court has struck down Roe v. Wade, the 1973 Supreme Court decision that forced abortion on the whole country.
As a result of today’s Supreme Court decision, abortion law is back in the hands of state governments.
There’s a moral here. Positive change is not impossible.
The pro-life movement has been fighting this issue for years. Our son participated in the March for Life in Washington in January. And that march turned out to be the last march before the overturning of Roe v. Wade.
Donald Trump should receive much of the credit for this. In 2016, in a debate with Hillary, Candidate Donald Trump predicted that he would put justices on the Supreme Court who would overturn Roe v. Wade.
President Donald Trump put three justices on the court, and today Roe v. Wade has been overturned.
What if, in the early 1990s, somebody had predicted this – that Donald Trump would bring about the end of Roe v. Wade? They would have thought that person was crazy.
There may be more suprises in store for us.
Today, June 24th, 2022, is a day to celebrate. It’s the end of Roe v. Wade.

Until recently, the Hindu caste system was not an issue in the United States.
Now, as a result of mass immigration from South Asia, this cultural hierarchy has been imported into our country and we have to deal with it.

The United Kingdom’s Prime Minister Boris Johnson (BoJo) has announced his government plans to allow shops to use traditional weights and measures rather than those of the metric system.
Ounces, pounds, quarts, pints, bushels, miles, feet, inches, yards, etc., go way back. They developed from weights and measures used by Teutonic tribes and ancient Romans into the traditional English weights and measurement system.
There are some differences between the current U.S. and U.K. versions, but they are essentially the same system with the same origin.
Our system of weights and measures got us to the moon and back, among many other accomplishments. It’s also an essential part of our traditional literature.
In Britain, the use of the metric system has been creeping in for years, especially after the U.K. joined the European Communities (later European Union) in the early 1970s.
But now that the U.K. is no longer in the European Union, E.U. laws are under review.
