President Trump called off his threat to put tariffs on Mexican imports until Mexico stops the massive movement of non-Mexicans crossing through Mexico to get to the United States.
Instead, Mexico and the U.S. have made an agreement.
So who wins, and who loses. That depends on what occurs next….
