Mexican Politicians Say They Won’t Pay for a Border Wall. Could a President Trump Make Them Do It?

One of Donald Trump’s campaign pledges is to build a wall on the border with Mexico and make Mexico pay for it.

Unsurprisingly, Mexican politicians are steadfastly denying that Mexico would pay for a wall.  But is there a way for a U.S. government to force Mexico to pay for it?
