A decision of the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) can have a life of its own. It may take years to develop, moving into various nooks and crannies of the law, in ways the Justices never foresaw nor intended.
McGirt v. Oklahoma, a 2020 ruling by SCOTUS continues to spread its wings and is now moving into hunting and game law. McGirt and the companion case Sharp v. Murphy, were decided in 2020, both based on 1990s criminal cases.

After eight months back in the White House, President Donald Trump has deported 400,000 illegal aliens while 1.6 million have self-deported, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
Meanwhile, the mainstream media churns out an unending stream of sob stories portraying sympathetic illegal aliens being arrested or deported.
The goal is to make Americans feel guilty about all this detention and deportation and thus wear down support for it.

In Mexico’s judicial elections, all the current justices were approved by President Sheinbaum’s MORENA party. So this court is expected to support the MORENA party administration of President Sheinbaum.
However, you can’t always predict a supreme court.
