Every four years three things occur: Leap Year, the U.S. Presidential Election, and the Summer Olympics.
Of course there are exceptions. For example, the 2020 Olympics were held in 2021, the games weren’t held in World War II. And 1900 wasn’t a Leap Year. But generally speaking, it’s every four years.

I myself formerly resided in Mexico, for about a decade and a half.
Today it is estimated that there are 1.6 million Americans living in Mexico.

The goal of the Biden administration is to bring in millions of illegal aliens and settle them on U.S. soil. It’s been working and thus, from the perspective of the administration, it’s a successful policy.
The states, of course, have to deal with the problems caused by this agenda. And they are, with distinctly different approaches and varying levels of success.
