The state of Oklahoma is now one of the country’s most Republican-dominated states.
Consider that, in both the 2008 and 2012 presidential elections, the GOP won every single county. That’s right, of the 77 counties of Oklahoma, the Republican candidate won every single one. That’s rather impressive.
In Oklahoma’s state government, Mary Fallin, the governor, is Republican, the Lieutenant Governor, the Secretary of State, the State Auditor and Inspector, the Attorney General, the State Treasurer, The State School Superintendent, the Labor Commissioner, the insurance commissioner, and all four corporation commissioners, are all Republicans.
Republicans have a majority in both the state Senate and House of Representatives.
Oklahoma’s congressional delegation is 100% Republican – five Republican congressmen and two Republican senators.
Sadly, Oklahoma’s congressional delegation does not show great leadership on the National Question. The party’s strength in Oklahoma could allow the state’s senators and congressmen to be leaders in the defense of the historic American nation, which is currently being dispossessed by mass immigration and multiculturalism. But they aren’t. They don’t show such leadership on the National Question.
