In Mexico, same-sex “marriage” was mandated nationwide  in June of 2015 by a Mexican Supreme Court decision (sound familiar?)

Now, Mexico’s president wants to place same-sex marriage in the Mexican Constitution. To accomplish that, it must be approved by a two-thirds majority in the Mexican Congress and a majority of Mexico’s 31 states.
