President Obama has recently announced his intention to chamge U.S. Cuba policy. How is that going to turn out?

Cuba has been a communist country since 1959. It has been isolated from the United States, though the two countries formerly had close relations.
How are Obama’s proposed changes in Cuba policy going to affect the island and its people?
How would such changes affect Cuba’s “National Question”? And what about our National Question?
