Secure Voter ID should not be controversial. In Mexico, voters are required to present a government-issued Voter ID card.
Here in the U.S., however, it’s controversial. Why?
Recently a federal judge struck down the Texas Voter ID law, but now a panel of other judges have ruled that Texas can use its Voter ID system in this midterm election.
That’s good, but it doesn’t solve the underlying problem.
