After Three Months, How is the U.S.-Mexico Deal Going?

Over three months, in response to the Trump Tariff Threat, Mexico made a deal with the U.S.

In exchange for avoiding the tariffs, Mexico pledged to reduce the flow of non-Mexicans passing through Mexico to get to the United States.

So three months later, how is that going?
